Tidy hotel in a very nice clean building just next door to many restaurants, the botanical garden and the airport. Updated, budget room with Spa Bath and jacuzzi, and brilliant location. Very nice property employees all round. A such great stay for two nights.

Staff was helpful, rooms were clean

When we arrived, they did not have record of our reservation. They were able to give us our 2 rooms that we requested. The rooms were warm and the air didn't work at all in one of them.

The hotel has a chic design and the staff is amazingly helpful and attentive. the location is particularly good as it is close to a metro station and a grocery store. the rooms are well-appointed, budget-friendly, and offer stunning views, along with amenities like a safe box, mini-bar, and sofa bed. the beds are comfortable and the service is efficient.

The man at the reception did not speak English. So when I made a call, we could not have a conversation. We had to walk a little bit from the closest metro station but the hotel was good!

I had a great stay at Best Western JFK! The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the breakfast was delicious. The highlight of my stay was the helpful front desk staff who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
